— our skills
the teams
Teams are the backbone of the organizational design of the future. They are the cells of the system and allow the company to achieve long-term results.
Provide tools to innovate.
Reinforcing effective dynamics, making tools available for adjustment and awareness, distributing autonomy and decision-making allow team’s agility, responsiveness to changes, greater adaptability, assumption of responsibility and innovation.
We work with groups in clarifying and co-designing their purpose, tuned to the company’s one, determining their roles and contributions and adopting their own objectives and choosing key outcomes that enable them to make a difference so they become similar to micro-enterprises capable of engagement and impact.
We offer programs designed to give the team the strength and ability to generate an extraordinary contribution to the company’s antifragile approach.
We are offering:
Effective teams are teams that autonomously know how to work on their internal dynamics, acquire awareness of their limiting behaviors, build shared values and make sure that all members of the group feel mutually responsible for the results they want to achieve.
We offer structured paths that allow the team to develop this maturity through:
Understanding the contribution to be made to the organization
TEAM CHARTER
Establishing own rules of the game
OKRs (OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS)
At the group and individual levels to share tasks and corporate goals and ensure the alignment of the organization between business levels and people engagement
CONSENT DECISION MAKING
Innovative approach to decision making
In its journey of growth a team can benefit from the acquisition of new practices and tools and subsequently grow through observation, stimulation and reflection. Team Coaching focuses on being alongside teams to allow them, while they are in action, to have moments of reflection and discussion.
Team Coaching activities, unlike training activities, take place during normal company work, without creating location or organisational breaks.
The Coach participates in team meetings and carries out activities of:
Observation of working methods to promote the evolution of a group in terms of awareness of the dynamics, consistency with the direction and the excellent goal it set and ability to identify the best choices of action
PARTICIPATION
Being active in team work (with attention to work processes and not to work content)
EXPERIMENTATION
Promoting new experiences useful for the team in order to promote better participation and the development of collective emotional intelligence
